This one is my weakness! And I'm not talking about the sandwich.
BLT= bites, licks, tastes. I totally fall victim to the BLTs. These include eating the crusts off children's plates, samples at Costco, licks while cooking, bites while putting food away after a meal, you get the idea. My problem is that they are so easy to grab. It takes more effort to peel an orange or cut up an apple and it is so easy to eat a cracker along with my baby. Unfortunately, all of these add up and shockingly fast and can sabotage your weight loss goals. What a waste of calories.So, this week's challenge is to eliminate all BLTs. Just don't do it! Don't pop that goldfish cracker in your mouth. Don't sample the cookie dough. I find that chewing a piece of gum helps, as well as drinking water. Also, make the healthy snacks really easy to grab. This is my goal this week - want to make it yours?
