When I checked in last, I was just beginning Mom's into Fitness 60 Day Slim Down. After 60 days, I lost 11 pounds. On the whole, I loved this program - but there were some 52 minute workouts that just didn't get finished. Also, I usually do my own treadmill work out on cardio days. And because I love you, I've written down what I do most often on the treadmill. Yes, I switch it up every minute - it makes the time go faster! Here you go:
