I am grateful for:
- a comfy bed - I'm not sure it has ever felt so comfortable!
- perfect little toes to kiss
- every newborn should come with a 9 year old! It is heaven!
- 3 older siblings who are as in love with baby J as I am!
- I did it - first week with my mom gone and Tom at work. Done!

My five year old was such a big help when I had my youngest. I imagine a 9 year old would be a wonderful helper!
I can't believe my baby is 5 already and my oldest will soon be 11! Time flies.

Good for you for surviving that first week! Hope you are getting some rest.
I didn't have the 9 year old, but my 8 year old was, and still is, a HUGE help. And the boys are great for entertaining her while I get something done.
