I am grateful for:
- The end of the school year is coming. I have no less than 6 things that I need to be at the school for in this upcoming week! I love it!
- Vitamin D supplements. I had some blood work drawn and it came back that I was low in Vitamin D. Since I have been taking the vitamin, it has made the world of difference in regards to fatigue and sluggishness! I might even write a post about the difference!
- kale, chia seeds, quinoa, and coconut water - all have been introduced to my diet lately!
- peonies, roses, hydrangeas, tulips, lilacs, daisies . . . . all planted in my yard!
- many many more things - countless, actually!

I'd love to hear more about Vitamin D! I was just telling my mom that in the last two months no matter how alert and awake I am through the morning, by 3pm I can barely stay awake. I've tried getting more than 8 hours of sleep and it doesn't seem to make any difference....she said it's early menopause (at 34?? She's barely going through it herself!) and I'm convinced there's got to be something else going on.
Loving your list Laurel!! 5 more days of school for us here. I too would love to hear what you think about vitamin D. Since turning 40+, I feel awful!! Loving all of our flowers as well.
