Cinnamon Honey Butter

Have you tried Darby's Cinnamon Honey Butter?  If not, why not??

Oh my, I've yet to make this for someone who hasn't loved it.  It's life changing, I tell you.

I'm thinking of bottling them up like Darby did for gifts . . .

You can click above, but here's the quick recipe:
2 sticks of butter, room temperature
1 cup powdered sugar
1 cup honey
2 tsps cinnamon

Whip it, and bring on the carbs!  We've even melted this and poured it over our popcorn.  yum, yum

I'm not exaggerating - this is that good.

That sounds like heaven!! How long do you think it will last in the jars? Do you need to refrigerate it?

Yes, it is that good! I made it last Christmas for friends, family, and neighbors...along with a loaf of cinnamon bread. I received sooooo many compliments, and it was sooooo easy!

I have NOT seen that recipe, but it sounds delish. Is it thick enough to spread on bread?

I love this stuff too! After Darby posted about it I made them as little Christmas gifts for people in my office - they were a hit!

I have been wanting to make this since I saw it at Darby's. Now, I gotta make it. Maybe I'll make these the favors for a bridal shower I'm throwing. That would be fun!
