Girly Skirts take 3

I'm so glad I have girls. I can make these.

I made the first version here.

I made the 4th of July version here.

Now it's time for the Halloween version (sure wish she could stand still or I could hold the camera still - or both):

I'll try to get some better pictures, but girls aren't posers - they've got other stuff to do rather than humoring their mommy.

This is a really easy pattern and it goes together quickly. I totally recommend it!

Seriously. Those skirts are just too stinkin cute. I have an 8 year old though so I guess it won't work for me. I have a skirt sewing book on my wishlist that uses measurements to make skirts so hopefully I can use that for my little chick!

So cute! And nice to have girly girls! My sister wouldn't have worn a skirt willingly when she was little.

Those are cute. I will add that I, too, like having girls. And girly skirts and dresses. It's fun.

Gorgeous girlys and the skirt is so pretty. I spent the morning shopping with my 14 year old daughter. She got 2 pairs of jeans, a leather jacket, and a head beanie. The beanie ended-up being the special buy of the day and the one she loved the most. It is such a blessing and gift to see our kids so genuinely happy!

So stinkin' adorable! Your girls are too cute (& beautiful) for words.

So funny, I loved skirts when I was little then I turned 10 & decided that I wanted to be a tomboy & wore pants for the longest time. My poor mother kept making skirts for me & would have to bribe me to wear them. I kid you not. =]
