Ruffle Flower Pillow

You thought I was done with pillows. You thought I was going to paint a desk this weekend - I was too busy laying landscape fabric. But I do have another pillow to show you.

Made this one with scraps, also. I traced circles of different sizes on tan linen and cut them out.

Then I "squenched" them in the middle - yes, I made that up. I sewed around the middle a little to make sure the "squench" stayed.

Stacked them on top of each other to make a flower.

Some more squenching and tacking onto the pillow case.

The smaller the circles got, the more I liked them.

My hubby's quote "Is that pillow finished?" Ummm. . . . yes?
