I am grateful for
- our kind neighbor, who just decided to show up two nights this week with gloves on and spent hours with Tom moving bricks from the driveway to the backyard.
- I started teaching piano lessons again this week after a two month break. I loved it, I have such great students.
- School started this week - second grade, here we come!
- I ran a half marathon yesterday and shaved 5 minutes off my time from last year - that's even including stopping for a bathroom break in the middle of it. I feel great today and am excited for my next race.

Congrats on the run!!! I am impressed with anyone who can enter a race and not walk most of it. Especially if they enjoy it!

congrats on the 1/2. what time did you finish in? I was thinking about you too and seeing if I would recognize you LOL! I'm going to run the denver 1/2 in october, so I think that I'm going to run the panerathon 10K in westminster on the 13th of sept :)

I have only ever run a 5K. I haven't had the drive to work up to run more miles yet.

OMG! You teach piano! That is fantastic - I can play, but teaching is something I'm not cut out for. Congratulations on your run - I miss it, my shin's acting up so I haven't been out recently. Making me antsy!
