- After a very long week - my husband looked at me and saw I was on the verge of losing my mind, and said the three words every wife loves to hear (you know the ones, Steph): Let's Go Out!
- The kitchen window over my sink looks out over my backyard. I don't know how many hours I have logged looking out while I do the dishes and dreamed of what it will someday become! Most other models in our neighborhood (maybe all of them) look out to their neighbors home. I'm grateful for this simple pleasure.
- I made 3 fabulous dinners the past 4 nights. Maybe the apron is working!
- A fun snow day! The day after is got us good is was sunny and pleasant outside! By Saturday, we were working in the backyard again, stomping through the mud.
- March, my least favorite month of the year, is almost over.
Have a great week - I love all your comments and appreciate you stopping by.

Thanks for stopping by my blog and leaving a comment!
Great post...it's so important to remain focused on what we are grateful for or this world can just consume us with negativity.
So....where did you go, and what did you make? :)
I love going out! And you've got me beat on dinner. I made meals that will keep them alive a while longer but that no one will remember in the future (not even me)
How fun! Thanks for sharing!
may god bless you !
You're a better woman than I, for being grateful for a snow day at this time of year =) I'm ready for SPRING.
I am not a March fan myself, and cannot wait.....
have a great week.

Good morning Laurel :)
March? My least favorite is August... is just too dang hot! LOL
That apron is adorable! Oh and I hear you on the longing for a better yard. I have plans... BIG ones, but it'll be awhile.

ps-getting some ideas about this guest blogging bit. :)
I miss you!!!
Thank goodness for wonderful husbands!
What a sweet hubby! Great list.
Ok, so if I get me a super cute apron...I'll enjoy cooking? I WISH! I feel ya on that front. It is sooooo hard to enjoy when 4 little people are pulling on you and screaming for mac and cheese. But if you say it will work...I'll give it a try!
How nice of your husband to recognize that you were on the verge! I'm totally with you on the kitchen window (being the name of my blog and all). Even though I see the neighbors, just being able to look out and watch my kids play, have the sunshine come it...nothing compares to that. LOVE IT. What did you make good?
Yay for going out! I love it when my hubby says those words too!
It's nice to reflect on the things we have instead of focusing on what we don't!
Love the apron and the pillow you made down below!
Manuela
